As always working with u and your office staff is flawless. BUT Progressives choice of Motorhome towing services has a lot to be desired. After a Eucalyptus Tree fell on us 1-31-16 it took 10 days and a threat from the State Park to tow and store before it was ever removed. We are now awaiting an answer as to what the damages are or if it's totaled. Thank you for your continued interest in our wellbeing and level of satis faction. Sincerely Kathleen Redfern
